DMC’s Mouliné Stranded Cotton is known worldwide for its gorgeous sheen and silky texture. Embroidery floss is an exceptionally versatile embroidery thread, since the thickness of the thread can be modified to the desired weight. The 6 strands of DMC’S Stranded Cotton are easily separated. It is suggested to use one strand for really fine, detailed embroidery projects or for creating edges for colour areas, two or three strands for slightly coarse embroidery, and four, five or six strands for more coarse embroidery. Suitable for all sorts of embroidery. DMC’s Stranded Cotton is made from 100% mercerised cotton, holds 8 metres of thread per strand and is available in an extensive range of solid and gradient colours.

This embroidery book DMC Point de croix/Cross-Stitch no. 1 is a huge source of inspiration with a variety of cross-stitch motifs in various styles, colour schemes and sizes. The motifs, created by various designers from different countries, have been especially designed for the palette of 35 colours that DMC added to the range in 2017. The various patterns always form a complete design, but certain motifs can also be used individually to decorate clothing or home accessories, for example.
